Ryan Bell
Ryan is President of NOV, LLC, a software development firm based in St. Louis, MO. NOV is the maker of Twaitter.com and the journalism software package, ReadWriteNews.com.
Ryan has over 14 years of experience working in the software development and IT industries with expertise in designing, developing, and managing the development of business, social media, and journalism software applications for myriad companies in a variety of industries.
He recently left a position as the Managing Director of the international division of a software development firm in order to focus on the building of business opportunities around the Twitter communications platform.
Ryan’s educational background is in Computer Science with graduate training in International Affairs and Business. He is dedicated to finding better ways for businesses to collaborate and share ideas through technology. This stems from his time spent working to find a technological solution to problems facing the news media industry as it adjusts to the effects of new content delivery methods on the Internet. Research on this topic led to the desire to work with Twitter and the suite of Twitter business tools known today as TwAitter.

David Bell
David is VP of Marketing and Sales for NOV LLC. He has devoted his professional life to marketing, promoting, and researching markets for businesses in a variety of industries…small and large.
He spent the early part of his career marketing and sales consulting for companies like Wells Fargo Bank, Cablevision New York, and SBC (Now AT&T). Throughout his 17 years in the business, he spent the majority of the time in leadership and executive positions, leading teams to an array of successes.
He added a formal education from Missouri State University, and began delving more into web and social media marketing; which led him to NOV’s projects ReadWriteNews.com and Twaitter.com.
